Collibra for HR Data Governance
Pamela Taylor is a Data Governance and Privacy Principal at Information Asset. In this role she focuses on providing support and guidance to leaders of organizations in the operationalization of Data Capabilities. Pam excels in developing and defining necessary standards and policies aligned to a Data Strategy. Pam is a strong advocate for Data and Information Stewardship; she believes that this foundational concept reinforces Enterprise Data and Information Governance.
Prior to this role, Pam was VP of Data Governance, Quality, and Management at TD Bank, where she was an integral part of the Office of the Chief Data Officer and aided in successful OCC and FRB examinations. Prior to joining the bank, Pam was the Chief Data Steward at Independence Blue Cross, a health insurance payor. Pam drove Enterprise Data Governance and the maturity of Corporate Reference Data.
Mrs. Taylor has 11+ years of experience in Data Governance with increasingly senior roles in the healthcare and financial industries. This experience includes evaluating governance, quality, and data management solutions at a program level as well as on an enterprise scope – with a focus on long term return on investment. Pam has previously served on expert panels at DAMA Chapter events and MDM & Governance Summits. Her core competencies include Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Reference Data Management, Problem Resolution Management, Data Privacy and Security. Pam is also an active member of DAMA International and the AVP of Membership for the Board of Directors of DAMA Philadelphia/Delaware Valley Chapter.
Chief Technology Officer
Alex is Information Asset’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). His responsibilities in this role include promoting best practices within the organization, developing the technical skills of others, identifying new opportunities, and driving innovation through technology.
Kevin has over 30 years of executive management consulting experience and over the last decade has focused on establishing data governance frameworks for Fortune 100 companies. Aside from that work, Kevin has designed enterprise solution architectures, developed cybersecurity frameworks, and built IT organizations from the bottom-up.
Since 2015, Kevin has served on the Board for The North Texas Chapter of Data Management Association (DAMA) and successfully hosted numerous events promoting best practices in data management around North Texas. Also, he currently serves on a committee responsible for developing test curriculum in support of the Certified Data Management Professional Certification program.
After serving in the United States Air Force with distinction, Kevin graduated with a BS in Computer Science from Park University in Missouri—Summa Cum Laude. He continues to maintain certifications as a Collibra Ranger, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Practitioner, Project Management (PMP) Professional, Change Management (Prosci) Activist, and Information Technology Services (ITIL) Expert.
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Greg Ursetta is Information Asset’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). He is responsible for Sales and Marketing. Greg has held sales leadership roles at Collibra, Immuta, Initiate Systems and Business Objects.
Vice President of Human Resources
Erin Kimak is Information Asset’s Vice President of Human Resources. She is responsible for recruiting, company policies and employee relations. Prior to joining Information Asset, Erin was a Senior Recruiter at CNI Recruiting and an Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Gibbs College. Erin has a bachelor degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development and is PHR certified.
Sunil Soares is the founder and managing partner of Information Asset. Prior to this role, Sunil was the Director of Information Governance at IBM. Sunil has worked with more than a hundred clients across six continents and multiple industries including banking, insurance, life sciences, retail, telecommunications, manufacturing, oil and gas, healthcare and government. Sunil’s first book The

details the fourteen steps and almost one hundred sub-steps to implement an information governance program. The book has been used by several organizations as the blueprint for their information governance programs and has been translated into Chinese. Sunil’s second book

Big Data Governance: An Emerging Imperative
reviews the application of information governance for different types of big data such as social media, machine-to-machine, big transaction data, biometrics, and human generated data. Prior to joining IBM, Sunil consulted with major financial institutions at the Financial Services Strategy Consulting Practice of Booz Allen & Hamilton in New York. Sunil lives in New Jersey and holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Chief Technology Officer
Peter Vilim is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Information Asset. In his role, Peter is responsible for establishing a company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of technology development, according to its strategic direction and growth objectives. In partnership with the company’s founder, Peter works to identify opportunities for delivering the company’s services, including identification of opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace. Peter has over 10 years of information technology and data governance experience with very strong technical and business background. Prior to joining Information Asset, Peter was Director of Solutions Architects at ASG Software Solutions focusing on Data Governance and Metadata Management solutions. Peter holds Master’s degree in Engineering and Automation.
Chief Financial Officer
Neerav Jain is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Information Asset, managing the company’s finances. Neerav is responsible for financial planning & analysis, financial strategy, controller-related functions, audit, accounting, and sales operations. Prior to this role, Neerav has held leadership finance roles with Dentsu and multiple AdTech SaaS startups. Throughout his 17-year career in accounting, auditing, financial planning, and analysis, Neerav has established a reputation for aligning financial and business metrics to support business strategy and high-growth.
Mark Gallman is a principal at Information Asset. Prior to this role, Mark was director of financial systems and data governance at CDK Global, (formerly ADP Dealer Services) a division of a Fortune 500 company, specializing in integrated technology and digital marketing solutions to the automotive retail industry and adjacencies. Partnering closely with leaders, Mark developed and directed the strategy for formalized data governance, master data management, and data quality across the organization. Mark has over 20 years of global experience with large multinational software, manufacturing, and services companies.
Director of Marketing
Connie Lund is the Director of Marketing at Information Asset and is responsible for all aspects of marketing. Connie’s focus is on engaging with customers to deliver content and programs that educate and provide for the business needs. She is data driven and embraces new technology. Brand building is incorporated into all efforts to provide a consistent experience and accelerate company growth.
Prior to her present role, Connie has over ten years experience in online marketing and community building across companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. She has led the marketing at a start-up resulting in an acquisition by an international company and successful exit.
Connie defined the role of the online Community Manager in 2007. She has presented at social media conferences as a thought leader on community and analytics in 7 countries.
Chief Operations Officer
Chris Lokos leads the Delivery and Operations organizations at Information Asset. With over 25 years of consulting leadership experience, Chris is responsible for all customer and partner engagements of Services and Accelerators, identifying growth opportunities, and continuous improvement of business operations. Prior to Information Asset Chris was a senior principal at InfoTrellis, a provider of data management & analytics consulting services, a vice president of customer success & services at DMTI Spatial, a location intelligence company, and has held various senior leadership roles with global middleware and telecom management vendors. Chris’ organizations exemplify a passion for partnering with customers and ensuring their success. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University.
